Volvo FINANCE is testing a smart financial service called “Volvo Financial Engine” that will help simplify financial obligations.
The service will streamline the process of making payments and will also help customers pay for things like gas, groceries and other household goods, according to a statement.
The smart financial engine will be integrated into Volvo’s finance platform to allow customers to make payments on their smart financial account, rather than having to enter an account number, according the statement.
It will be rolled out as an optional service for Volvo customers who want to streamlines their financial life, the statement said.
Volvo FINACES is testing the service in select markets.
The new service, dubbed “Volksurve”, will enable customers to streamLINE their financial accounts.
This is the first of its kind in the automotive industry, according a Volvo spokesperson.
This could also be the start of Volvo FINICEST, Volvo’s new smart financial app for the iPhone and Android, which is available for both iOS and Android.
Volvo is also working on a smart home and smart transportation platform.
